What is the turn around time to get the photos?  I  guarantee return within 48 hours and  often will have the photos processed within 24 hours of the shoot.

When is payment due and how do you want to be paid?  I will send an invoice along with the email link to access the photos . Payment is due upon receipt and may be paid by PayPal, Check or Cash.

How many photos are taken in a typical shoot?  Typically there will be between and 21 and 35 photos for a residential shoot.

How are the photos transmitted?   I will send you a private link to my website where you can access the Jpeg photos and download them at your convenience. 

Do you provide Virtual Tours?  Yes, however there is an extra charge.

How far are you usually booked for a shoot?  Typically, I can do the work the same week as requested if it’s within 35 miles of my office. If you have an emergency and need the work quicker just let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Why should you use a professional photographer over doing it you self?  As a realtor, you have to compete with your peers to obtain listings. Professional photography is a great way of improving your marketing portfolio when meeting with potential sellers. If a seller has to choose between a realtor that uses professional photography versus a realtor that uses cell phone cameras, they are more likely to go with the realtor that uses the professional. Their home is a big investment and they want it marketed to the best of your ability. Using professional photography, you are solidifying your marketing and showing the seller you mean business.
